All reservations, bookings and enquires are to be through our website or by email. We will reply as soon as possible using the contact details you provide.

For instant confirmation please reserve using our website booking system.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is before 11am.

Each guest booking The Bank Manager’s Apartment acknowledges all charges as a personal indebtedness. Your payment by credit card is authorising us to charge your account for the total amount owed. Each guest also acknowledges that they are responsible for all other members of their party. Smoking in the apartment will incur an extra charge and any damage, theft or additional cleaning will also incur extra charges.

The Bank Manager’s Apartment staff assume no responsibility for loss of money or other valuables and are not responsible for articles left behind but if this does happen we will return them to you if found.

Loss of the door key will incur a $50 charge.

The apartment is not suitable for children and access is via a staircase so it is not accessible to wheelchairs.

Payment Policy

The Bank Manager’s Apartment require full payment by credit card at the time of booking to secure your booking. All rates quoted are in New Zealand dollars on a per night basis and include GST of 15 per cent.

If you are an overseas guest the price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Cancellation Policy

A booking cancelled outside of 30 days will receive a full refund. If the booking is cancelled within 30-15 days of the stay a 50 per cent cancellation fee applies. Within 15 days of the stay the full rate will be charged.
